When you join our waitlist, we collect your name, business email address, company name, annual revenue range, and intended loan amount. When you engage our paid audit service, we collect business and personal tax returns and related financial documents you share with us.
We also automatically collect technical information including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit on our website.
We do not use your financial documents for any purpose other than the audit you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial information with third parties except as described in this policy.
Tax returns and financial documents are transmitted through an encrypted file transfer portal using 256-bit SSL encryption. Documents are stored on secure, access-controlled servers and are only accessible by the analyst assigned to your audit. We delete all financial documents from our systems within 30 days of audit delivery unless you request otherwise in writing.
We will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement upon your request before document sharing.
Waitlist information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Audit reports (without underlying documents) may be retained for up to 12 months for quality assurance purposes. All financial documents are deleted within 30 days of audit delivery.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond to all data requests within 30 days.
