2. Not Legal or Financial Advice

Our audit reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or investment advice. We are not a licensed lender, broker, or financial advisor. Our analysis represents our interpretation of publicly available SBA guidelines and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of loan approval or rejection. You should consult with licensed professionals before making financial decisions.

3. No Affiliation with the SBA

SBA Reject-Proof Audit is an independent private service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in any way. "SBA SOP 50 10" refers to a publicly available government document.

4. Service Fees and Refund Policy

The Full Underwriter Roadmap is priced at $1,495 USD as a one-time fee. If our audit finds no actionable red flags in your submitted documents, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of audit delivery. Partial refunds are not available.

5. Document Confidentiality

You represent that you have the right to share all documents you submit to us. We will keep your financial documents strictly confidential and will not use them for any purpose other than performing the requested audit. See our Privacy Policy for document handling details.

6. Accuracy of Information

Our audit is only as accurate as the documents you provide. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in our analysis that result from incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulently prepared documents you submit.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBA Reject-Proof Audit's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
